Delete your account from the app
The fastest way, and it happens immediately:
- Open the Tafsela app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Edit, then Delete account
- Confirm
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, preferences
- Every saved body measurement
- Every address
- Every photo and voice note you uploaded
- Your notifications, and this device stops receiving any
What is kept
Order and invoice records only, because Saudi accounting and tax rules require it. They are not used for marketing and are not attached to an active account.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again with the same number, it will be a new, empty account.
