The service
Tafsela alters and repairs existing clothes. We collect the piece from the address you give, a tailor carries out the alteration, and we bring it back. We do not make new garments.
Orders and prices
- For some services the price shown at ordering is an estimate pending inspection. If the work turns out to need more, we send you the new price and wait for your approval before anything is done.
- You can cancel free of charge any time before the piece is collected from you.
- Prices include VAT as required by law.
Your garment
We handle your clothes with care. Some fabrics, and older or delicate pieces, may not survive alteration. If the tailor judges that a piece cannot take the requested work, we tell you and return it untouched.
If the alteration is not what was agreed, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we put it right at our cost.
Your account
Your account is tied to your phone number. Keep your phone and verification code safe; any order placed from your account is treated as yours.
Fair use
Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose, and do not send items containing anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that is misused.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
